Wrongful Termination - illegal firing

It is illegal to fire or terminate anyone because of their race, age, sex, sexual preference, religion or religious belief, or disability. If you are wrongfully fired or terminated, you may entitled to money damages including past wages, pay and benefits; furture wages, pay and benefits and damages for emotional distress, and punitive damages. You may also have a claim for wrongful termination if your employer has not followed or ignored their own written procedures leading to your firing. My office will see to it that you receive the justice and damages you deserve.

Discrimination

It is illegal to discriminate against anyone because of their race, age, sex, sexual preference, disability, or pregnancy. Discrimination is ugly and can take many forms such as demotion, failure to promote, failure to accommodate a physical challenge or using racially degrading or demeaning language.

Sexual harassment

Sexual harassment is not just unwanted touching or acts of s sexual nature, but can include sexually offensive jokes, pictures being posted on the wall or even a fellow employee watching pornography on the internet. If you have observed or heard of unwanted sexual harassment, then you may have a claim for money damages including punitive damages and damages for emotinal distress. Anyone can be a victim of sexual harassment.
